PARC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities to exercise their independence and experience life to the fullest. Since 1953, PARC has been turning disabilities into capabilities. Today PARC serves over 800 children and adults by offering over 40 services in Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay Area, Florida.
